buffet/bbq Catering

  How frequent do you people order catering? Do your look for caterers online? I find it not easy to find them. (bbq easier)

  When I tried searching "catering" on sgforums can't really find relevant stuff too.. lol

  I think most people still order from the flyers that caterers distribute to their houses? (I throw them away though.. lol)

  Hi JooJ,

  I always order mine from Neo Garden - http://www.neogarden.com.sg/ . It is like a family thing. My second auntie always say it is the best; wonder if it is true.

   

  About 2 days ago, I happened to see this website: Foodline.sg; seems to have quite a few caterers on it, and I think they promised 5% cash back too. If this is the case, this is a must try.

  Yea, I think you are referring to Purple Sage. Heard so much about it. Anyone has any idea if it is good?

  I have also seen www.foodline.sg, got many caterers listed there. Anyone tried it? Cuz got 5% rebate, and I saw purplesage and neo garden listed there also. Thinking of ordering there after I decide which caterer I want to order from.

  @Airforceone: How big is your house warming? Is select catering okay for small buffets like ~10-15 ppl?

  Hey JooJ, I just tried ordering a package from FoodLine.sg and the caterer has confirmed the order with me over the phone about just 10 minutes ago.

   

  To whoever that came up with FoodLine.sg, you definitely deserve a kiss from me. hahaha

  FoodLine.sg just informed that they have received the rebate from the caterer; I can expect the 5% cash back by tomorrow! Cool! :)

  Just a small update. Yea I got the 5% off; wired into my DBS account. Shiok!

   

  Eh lyco, you can compare packages on FoodLine.sg - http://www.foodline.sg. They are many cheaper caterers there. Personally, I feel that it is a must try.
