  i prefer lobster, but dont get to it so often... crab is like... every 2-3weeks once...

  not really lah.... quite good, their lobster bisque served in a roti is stupendous, but cannot finish... take too long to drink, roti kena soaked.

  of course their alaskan snow crab legs are superb too.

  been to the canadian branches at various cities a few times, I only go there when they have the specials on TV, if not a bit ex ...

  but then when the lobster's on special, a bit the small leh .... i worried if they are catching all the future generations ...

  yeah, i like the bisque also .....

  But I find lobsters cannot be too large if not their meat becomes tougher and coarser

  Lobster meat is firmer & chunkier... Crab meat is sweeter but more difficult to eat. Both also nice... *drool*
