I got a suggestion to TS.
When he is in bmt, he can gather all his camp mates, seize the rifles and bullets, kill the officers, take the ferry back to singapore, charge all the way and kill all the politicians.

I don't want to flame but you are seriously too muchm ... let me get you your facts right first before you made a post that we "as Singaporeans" received more subsidies than foreign students.
We actually paid the same school fees ......locals and foreigns, they signed 3 year bond and if they don't get their work permit or nobody employs them they are free to "break the bond" anytime they want and go back to their homeland.
Here we were always told government treat us like god, but what I mentioned above is the fact ..... the whole truth I've been seeing all my life and I can ensure you that it is not like that.
But littlemissbonkers whether you want to believe me or not is up to you.
Some of you guys were right ... when we ORD our foreigner classmates already got their degree/masters or have became our superiors. Lastly I am not here to pick fight with anyone, thank you =)

True guys the foreigners are getting a bit out of hand but, the Government's really 100% responsible for it. My foreign classmates weren't so bad but they don't represent everyone, not everyone are bad. But Government was the culprit bringing them in .......why blame the FT's for stealing our jobs when Government was the main culprit inciting all the hate???
Why can't we bring all the hate together and overthrow our shameless PAPies?
Why must we hate the FT's while voting for the PAPies? Does that makes any sense?
I believe in a Singapore which will allow our local guys to "at least" compare fairly with the FT's ... I mean all these NS bullshit and screwed up education system isn't very fair to our people.
I believe both man and woman will benefit not just man......with a more efficient education system both guys and girls could finish their studies faster.
Without NS we can compete fairly with our foreigner peers.
With a stronger policy to control the entry of foreigners, we can keep our economy competition while minimizing the harm done to our locals, and at the same time relief the housing problem.
The reason why PAP failed was because they always cared about themselves only, self-centered b***ards

Lol onźźa I tell you... when I interviewed for this job there was 1 china guy with me, we chatted a bit then found out he was PR converting to citizen, gonna do army ... after I told him all that shit about NS......woah, the hygiene lesson nvr see him already, on the workplace also nvr see him, think fainted already sick at home already.
Now tell you guys his true story ... family divorced, didn't like it back there in China because mom and dad always argued so decided to came here alone. But he is 18......and he have to study for N 'level'. So tell me the government isn't screwing up everyone as a whole? LOL

You should be smart enough not to force yourself to work under FT superiors if you really detest that thought.But if you tell me that you have no choice and you really need to force yourself to work under FT superiors which you have detested so much, then I will tell you that it is YOU who convinced yourself that you are UTTERLY CHEAP and you would CHEAPEN yourself to willingly sell your pride and sacrificed your happiness at work for the sake of money...a mere few thousands to be exact.

Yeah, the govt plays a significant part in people's lives. But ultimately the biggest part will be played by you and you alone. If your attitude sucks, then no matter how much aid you're given, you'll still be living out your life like a parasite.
Look at USA and some other western countries, the people get so much govt aid, they practically just roll around and sleep all day. Look at their unemployment rates. These people are practically paid for being unemployed. Then look at the mountains of debt they've incurred.

I don't wanna reply you directly littlemissbonker, I can tell you the fact that in University foreigners get treated better ......on poly it's on equal, scholarship and paying same fee... but deep down it's unfair because their bond > our NSF liabilities, In Uni there were complains about foreigners get scholarships and free lodging, it's there at Temasek Review if you guys ever interested to look at it.

Having 3 year of your life and opportunity cost sacrificed, I am interested to see a show of hand how many are unsatisfied with this kind of unfair treatment only to our local guys. My cousins, my friends......I can tell you they are all unsatisfied, they told me. You can even hear by looking at the replies.
And parn ... must be really lucky to find a company that hire 100% Singaporean. Yet problems arises too if you push foreigners out forcefully ... by ill treating another human using underhand means you will bring bad karma upon yourself too, you know? If you are trying to kick the foreigner's ass by being mean and torture them, doesn't it make you one of those bad guys too?

True, I'm not against you. All I want to do is to remind you that you can play a bigger and better part in your life.And yeah, my posts and tone sound harsh but I won't apologise for that, becoz sometimes I feel that people need a wake up call.
The govt in Sg may not be perfect and may even make major screw ups at times. But when you really compare it with other countries, you'll see that we're mostly provided for; with ample opportunities to better our lives.
All in all, nothing can be gained from whining alone. If you really want to lead a better life you'll have to fight for it.
